V’s Beauty & Co.

We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. V’s Beauty & Co. requires 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment for ALL services to cancel. Failure to cancel 48 hours before scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No Call/No Show clients will result in a 75% cancellation fee and will be charged 75% of scheduled service. Clients more than 15 minutes late to appointment, will have their appointment canceled and will be charged 25% of scheduled service. All fees must be paid before booking again or they will be added into your next booked appointment. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify Victoria at 314-566-7189 as soon as possible to reschedule. V’s Beauty & Co. does not issue refunds on salon services. However, if you have any questions or concerns about the service you received in the salon, please notify Victoria within 5 days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work Victoria performed, I require that you return to the salon so your hair can be visibly inspected. At that time, Victoria can make every effort to make any adjustments to your satisfaction by rescheduling you, adjustments are available to you at no cost only with in the 5 days of the initial service.
